Body Inspired Fitness Class Descriptions

Descriptions of our ROCKIN' classes and Prices Below!

Strength Training. Ladies Only. All of our strength training workouts are different and each trainer brings their own style to the mix. You will learn proper from, balance, and learn what works for you and your body. We use hand weights, body weights, bands, and whatever else we can find to challenge and strengthen your muscles. The more muscle you have on your frame the more fat you burn at rest! The more muscle you have the better your body looks and the leaner you become. These workouts are for everybody! Please bring a mat and two sets (if possible) of hand weights. 3-8 pounds. As well as LOTS of water!

Beachside Sport Cardio. Ladies Only. Sports specific drills and tons of core work are on tap for Beachside Sports Cardio. Through a mix of sport syle activities there is plenty to sweat about. Beachside Sports Cardio is for all levels of athleticism, coordination, age, and experience.

Cardio Kick. Ladies Only. Want to burn tons of calories and REALLY get your heart pumping? Then check out Cardio Kick. 50 minutes of great yummy cardio that is NOT boring! Your heart and your flat stomach will thank you. 40 mins of all levels cardio, 5 mins of intense abs, and 5 mins of stretching. Get in everything you need in 50 mins!

Angela's Asses. Ladies Only. Angela (Owner of BIF) teaches this hour of power class all about the booty! We change locations every couple of months to constantly keep that tushy strong and UP! Take an hour each week to focus on your best ASSet! Come sweat and work your butt off. This class is geared towards intermediate and advanced students. Angela brings her sense of humor and bad jokes to class to make the time fly by. No matter how hard you work you WILL enjoy yourself in this class! Please bring at least one set of hand weights, two sets if you can, one light (3-5) and one heavy (5-8). A mat, lots of water, and maybe even a towel. Please wear sunscreen.

Pilates/Ballet Body Fusion. Ladies Only. Fusing pilates and ballet moves, we've created a fun and challenging workout that targets muscles you never knew you had. This class incorporates light weights, high repetitions, core work and butt blasting moves guaranteed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. One of our most popular classes. You will love this one! Please bring a mat and water.

Trouble Spots. Ladies Only. This class is taught by our darling Holly. She focuses on light weight high rep moves. Toning, slimming, and sculpting those trouble spots. Come ready to really work your tummy, thighs, and hips all while having fun in this spunky class. You will need a set of 5-7lb hand weights, a mat, towel, and a water bottle and a smile.

Palisades Saturday Workout Club. Ladies Only. Our Ladies' Saturday Workout Club is a great program designed to meet the needs of you ladies that don't have a lot of time, yet want an amazing workout. Not everyone has an hour a day 5 days a week to put in a great calorie-burning workout. That’s where we come in... doing a longer workout on Saturday will make a BIG difference in how fast you see results. Our Saturday sessions are an hour and a half long. We work on everything: cardio, strength training, agility, core and balance. No two sessions are the same. Some days you are on the Palisades Beach running in the sand and doing sports drills, other workouts you work on Temescal Canyon squatting, lunging, and curling your way to a stronger body, there are also pilates workouts, yoga sessions and much more. You will need a set of 5-7lb hand weights, a mat, towel, and a water bottle. Please wear sunscreen, you may want a hat and sunglasses.

Yoga Pulse. Ladies Only .In this practice we will combine flowing yoga poses into wave-like sequences that are synchronized to various powerful breathing techniques for a highly aerobic, cardio-oriented experience. Emphasis will be on movement, developing muscle strength, body tone, and lung capacity in a way that unites your body, breath, and mind while reinvigorating your spirit.

Cardio & Yoga Stretch. Ladies Only. Want to burn tons of calories and REALLY get your heart pumping? Then check out Cardio & Yoga Stretch. Similar to our Cardio Kick class this class is designed to push your cardio plus we add in extra yoga style stretching at the end. 1 Hour of great cardio that is NOT boring and then stretch it all out at the end! Your heart and your flat stomach will thank you. 40 mins of all levels cardio, 5 mins of intense abs, and 15 mins of deep stretching.

We have two options available. Our popular 4 Week Boot Camp for those who need more motivation, accountability and kick start to their fitness. We also offer class packages for those already in a healthy workout routine.

Boot Camp - "Kick Start"

Boot Camp $300 a Month. Boot Camp is 4 weeks long. 5 days a week. You may choose your classes, days, times, and locations. Classes are offered 6 days a week, and you must use all classes before your 4 weeks are over. This is the best way to jump start your new routine, stay accountable, and really see results!

Included in the Boot Camp Track you will get 20 classes at any and all of our locations, a free body composition evaluation, 10% off personal training, 10% off gift certificates, 10% off all Body Inspired products & apparel. Boot Camp is designed for those who are looking for more structure, goal setting, and accountability to reach their health and fitness goals. Angela will work closely with each camper helping them create a customized food, fitness, and lifestyle program. Feel free to call us for more info about our Boot Camp Program or to sign up.
